RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you need to make a return...

ALL items being returned…

-must have store tags attached

-must be in the original condition (unwashed, unworn, unused)

-must not be a clearance, special order, monogrammed or donated item.

 

Regular-priced merchandise with a receipt may be returned for a full refund * (less shipping) if the following applies:

-Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of date of store receipt / 10 days for Seasonal(Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas...) items *see below

*Refund will be in the original form of payment

 

Regular-priced merchandise without a receipt may be exchanged for a store credit* if the following applies:

-Item(s) must be returned within 60 days and/or within season

*Store credit will be at the most current price for the item

 

SEASONAL/Special Occasion merchandise

 (Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas..) must be returned within 10 days

or by the date specified on the packing slip.

Items are FINAL SALE within 5 days of holiday date or after holiday has passed.

 

Damaged merchandise: Please call us within 24 hrs if your item(s) arrives damaged.

We will be happy to help you with your return and/or replacement.
